In my child-hood days, I used to play with my building blocks and relate the buildings and the houses to the geometry- some were square, some were triangle and most of them rectangle. And today when I look at Pune from bird’s-eye view from my terrace, the nostalgia hits me. It is today when I visualize it to be so “Picture Perfect Pune,” every corner you click gives and instant Kodak Moment!

It is like a chess board to me, where the cars, people and others thrive to find a perfect way for a perfect win. This is where I reach when I catch my train of thoughts.

Pune, no doubt is booming in real estate from all corners. It all happened after the construction of airport & Pune-Mumbai express highway; it benefited the Mumbai investors. What contributes mostly is the extensive architectural development. Pune have ventured into the list of the Tier-II cities due to IT, engineering, automobile, manufacturing industries that have made a way into the development. Baner, Wakad, Aundh, Pimple-Gurav investment have made an asset to the buyer followed by the trio locations Hinjewadi, Pimpri, Chinchwad. Lots of new projects are coming up creating a lot of options for the buyers with a gaining prominence in Vimannagar & Lohegaon.

The groundwork of Pune is increasing parallel to the increasing population including mostly investors. It’s due to less traffic congestion, pleasant & soothing climate, green spaces, good education, rich cultural heritage & development of industries. Availability of large and good plots moving from 2, 3, to 4 BHKs is playing a vital role in the growth of Pune real estate with the increasing number of family sizes.

There are advantages & disadvantages in every aspect of development. Pune infrastructure has a huge drawback of electricity, water supply & traffic congestion at the junctions due to the rise of two-wheeler especially in old Pune.
